# Kigu

> Kigu is inventory and profit-tracking software for professional luxury-watch dealers. Track every watch by brand, model, reference, serial, condition and box & papers with photos; record sales with per-piece P&L after fees and expenses; manually generate linked purchase and sales invoices when needed; run consignments from agreement through settlement and payout; track staff commissions from accrual to paid; use a linked-device WhatsApp connection so AI extracts listings from the dealer groups you choose and matches buy requests; and, on the Circle plan, see reference-level market price data. 30 currencies with stored exchange rates, 9-language interface, multi-user organizations. Pricing (USD): Core $59/month, Circle $199/month, Boutique custom-priced — annual billing is 10× the monthly price (two months free). Core and Circle start with a 7-day free trial: a card is required to start it, and it is charged automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled first. There is no free plan: an account without a subscription — before its trial starts, or after a trial ends unconverted — is read-only (existing data stays visible and exportable, no new records). Kigu is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

Kigu is a back office, not a listing or retail checkout tool: it imports Chrono24 CSV exports and generic spreadsheets (one-time import, not a live sync), but it does not cross-list or auto-publish to marketplaces, and it has no customer-facing consignor portal, webshop, POS or repair tracking. Its invoices, agreements and settlements are operational commercial records; organizations remain responsible for jurisdiction-specific legal and tax requirements.
