> **Note:** Market prices are available immediately on subscribing, including during the free trial. Dealer identities, price alerts, and scheduled or bulk exports unlock after Kigu verifies the account. On a free trial, automatic verification waits for the first payment.

## Billing terms

- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any local sales tax or VAT.
- Annual billing costs 10× the monthly price — two months free — and is charged once per year.
- Core and Circle start with a 7-day free trial of the full plan. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial.
- When the trial ends, the card on file is charged automatically and the subscription continues. Cancelling at any time before the trial ends means no charge at all.
- The free trial is once per organization; an organization that has already had a trial or a subscription is charged at checkout.
- There is no free plan. An account without a subscription is read-only: existing data stays visible and exportable, but no new records can be created.
- Paid plans are per organization, not per seat: team members are unlimited on Core and above.
- Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time from the organization's subscription settings.
- The Watch Market is only included on Circle and Boutique; Core does not include it at any price.
